Cam belt query????

Hi everyone, good news for me, I found out from the previous owner that the cam belt on the beast was changed at 55k. She is currently showing 72k,so has done 17k since it was done, what I need to know is how many miles is it recommended to go beteween cam belt changes?

54,000 miles or 90,000 km

Ralliart say 45,000 miles tho so choose according to how you drive

So worst case scenario is 100k, thats pretty good considering I didn't know when it had last been changed and was looking at coughing up for a cam belt and service!!
