Engine Flush ?

To use or not to use the old engine flush is it save to use it on older 4x4 or will it do it start some leeks.,I no it will flush out all that old muck out the engine,just thought id ask the question cus no one has said is it any good cus im doing a service tomorow its having its birthday 

P.s Had me service stuff the other day thanks tim at least im using the club shop  so everyone shape up and start using it

entirely your call mate just use a good quality one as for causing leak's after use it's very rare to do that you would need an engine that's done load's of mile's and never had an oil change.

shoggy Mines only done about 60,000 miles not alot really for the year,if it was really old i wouldnt consider it,im going for a sym oil cus it dose'nt break down so quick so i been told and probly be better

just make sure the synth oil is the correct grade mate.

10/40 is the right one just to check ? dont want to cause trouble to me 4x4,
shoggy a ? you no the trim above the wheel arch the plastic one where cam i get one and how much are they cus ive got to replace a few of them and got to do a bit of spraying so easyer to do the job
