Planning a trip to yorkshire!

hello all.
Am in the process of planning a trip to yorkshire for 5 days off roading etc. Going with 2 mates so will be my shogun, a defender and a suzuki vitara.
was wondering if anyone else could recommend some places to go or if any one has any maps or advice.

when are you arranging to go as kirton would be a great site for you to go to and if it coinsides with one of shoggy n graigs greenlane days then that would be a great few days

havent got a exact date yet, but looking around june/ july. would rather go just after xmas but i wont have my shogun done by then. Think im being to much of a perfectionist. we thought yorkshire might be a little less demanding than wales, seeing as its our first trip. is there a website with maps of green lanes? i have got maps for my area as we had some bloke come to our local landrover owners club.

if you can give me some dates i might just join you what part of Yorkshire? i have a good few maps of lanes but depends on the area you`re` travelling to, i`ll sort you out some lanes/maps or as i say could join you if you decide on the dates.

then their is always frickley too...nice and muddy site but is a bit rough
