sump plug

I changedthe oil today on taking the sump plug out there was a wire in the bolt not noticing there was a plug connecter futher up the engine so the wire snaped off the sump plug  Cry.Ive got the extra clocks in the truck with voltage /oil temp & turbo
The question is can i get a sump plug with the wire on so the extra clock will work again
