CATS - HELP !!

We have a cat for the first time, since Monday.

It was my Sister in Laws, but she is "temporarily dwelling challenged", so we have her little cat, about 9 months old.

Woke up this morning, we now have 3 cats, as she has popped out 2 little fur balls.

When we took her in, the first question I asked is,"has she been spayed?", the second question was, "how old do they come into season?"

I well, I think my questions are answered now.

Obviously we cannot keep the kittens, but this just shows another lack of responsibility on my sister in law.

What do we need to do, as I have only ever had dogs before, one kitten is colder than the other, we have cut a box in half and lined it with an old towel, so she can curl up with them.

Thats about as much as you can do hun keep them warm,
dont be tempted to handle them to much to begin with and leave mum to it 
Then get in touch with the cats protection league who can help you get her spayed
and find good homes for the ickle furrr balls when they are old enough.

bad news and more bad news


cat has suffocated the kittens today.

more bad news

took her to the vet and there are 2 dead kittens inside her, and they are decomposing.

There's a £200 operation to have now


and it's not even our cat !

thanks for the support, she's had the operation, and had her uterus removed.
