West country meet May - spring bank holiday weekend

We are organising a club meet and laning day (or 2) in Devon the weekend of 23rd to 26th May 2008
The plan is as follows:

Travel down and meet up Friday evening or Saturday morning - depends on your availability and location
Camping in the Torbay area  site is http://www.islandlodgesite.com/ and will cost £25 per unit for the weekend (so if you have 1 vehicle and 2 small tents that will be 1 unit)
We will ask for a £10 deposit before the event with the rest payable on arrival. (Please see me at one of the laning days )
There's a small charge for waste disposal but if we recycle we can save a few quid between us. If you want to stay longer then PM Mudlark as he has negotiated a very good rate.
There may be a couple of hook ups but if you have a generator and want to bring it it's not a problem 

Laning on Sunday - Mudlark had kindly offered to plan a route for us  (thanks Julian)

There's more laning available either Saturday afternoon or Monday morning depending on who's around. If you don't want to off road then you can just chill out.

carl, does the £25 quid cover just the one tent, or, if a family and you have a couple of 2 person tents you are covered by the total cost?

ah well precludes us coming then, as we would need three small tents to accomodate us all. that would mean 75 quid for the weekend.

Depends how the tents are situated I would say: like if they were arranged together as annexes of a central area covered by a flysheet that could be classed as one unit - if you had them in 3 separate parts of the campsite then you have 3 units

Is it possible to greenlane on Sunday only? Children with me possibly - too young for a whole weekend in tents and I only live 17 miles away! If I don't have the kids I will gladly come and camp too!
