Problem with *all* these email scams is that firstly they use an email address that they can set up and use for spamming until the host finds them so you haven't been banned from their inbox, they have just had their account shut down.  Secondly, all email responses they receive are harvested and your email address is then put on a list of known responders/live email accounts so all you actually end up doing is basically signing yourself up to more scams.  Best way to avoid this is to just ignore them completely.
