2.5 autobox

can anyone help my autobox doesent seem to change gear right i can get to 55 ok after that it seems to change down on the slightest hill changed the atf but no different help

Well there are a few things you can check

Temp sensors on side of gearbox and coolant top hose connection of head

Throttle position sensor on top of diesel pump

Kick down cable on side of diesel pump next to throttle cable

Overdrive solenoid wiring on side of gearbox

But - fraid to say the most likely scenario is the OD clutch pack has burned out inside the gearbox which means a re-build

Tbh diagnosing auto gearboxes is a job for a transmission sprecialist

kick down cable mate  Afro exactly i had the same problem untill shoggy sorted it for me Afro im sur the will be a link on this somewhere

 thanks goin to try this first it was ok a few months ago so i just gota find out how to adjust cable
