I did Taekwondo for a long time, but that was quite a few years ago now

And if it's any consolation, I've given up on looking for the perfect man - they simply don't exist

love martial arts some distant relations of my mums were on calendar knocking down a row of terraced houses with brian jacks for charity and i used to go to their martial arts centre where they taught hand to hand combat ,
knife fighting ,
street fighting and kendo.
and i got my perfect woman now,,,,love tanya to bits but it took me 2 marriages and 2 divorces to find her .
so there is someone out there for everyone

Done a bit of Judo and Karate over the years but my fave was Aikido which has one big plus - you don't have to hurt people if the situation doesn't merit it. 

Spent about 5 years doing that, enjoyed it a lot and would recommend it to anyone.

But if you fancy something really cutting edge effective, take a look at MACBAT the US Marine Corps combat system that takes the best bits of several disciplines and combines them into something really nasty

Well some deserve to be hurt ! Like neds and hoodies ,The dregs of society ,Should use them for something usefull like off road events ! drag them with a bungie rope could be one ! Any suggestions welcome  . Im now mastering the ancient japanese art of hooflungdung at the moment ,a lethal weapon if used in confined areas . .

Well at least if any new conquests put up a fight you can subdue them, they like that! Sometimes   
Anyway, i am an x karate man myself when  it was full contact, now you can't say boo without someone sueing you, never mind a black eye or two.
