Ok i have done the washers under the turbo and turned up the fuel pump still not got any black smoke so probably could a little more on the pump, and its made a very noticable differance, its a lot harder pulling through the gears pulls way past 80  (on private roads of course) which it would never do before and has never done on the 33" tyres till now, i'm well pleased i will let you know when it goes pop
Next job is to fit the Shogun rear axle with air locker that i am currently restoring, so i am on the lookout for a compressor if anybody has one lying around doing nothing.

Got the compressor off ebay so hopefully this will all be on by next week as i get home on Tuesday looking forward to having a locking diff

Ha came home to find the diff casing i had so lovingly painted was full of rust after leaving it in a damp shed so i have stripped it back and done the job properly this time,and my dial guage and engineers blue have arrived with which to set it all up, oh happy days

Update, i still haven't got round to fitting the rear diff yet but i have ordered new shocks all round and rear axle polybush kit.

yeah 2mm washers, divnt gan daft coz tou will knack it, black smoke is fuel too much, change ya filter, and divnt play with ya injection pump when you tweak them you knack them trust me i know lol
