Bonnet Bug Guard
« on: May 18, 2008, 01:18:49 PM »

I want to buy a bonnet guard, but i have the bonnet scoop, will this affect the intercooler by directing the air up over the scoop, ive only seen the bonnet guards on the ones without the scoop. Can anyone give me some advice please.

Don't think it will be a problem mate as the intercooler fan will pull air through

It depends on the deflectors width...
For example: I have a bug deflector on that is about 7-8 inch wide... No good for 2.8 at all but it will bounce half a house brick vertical long enough for truck to drive under  Cheesy

Seriously... Cooler air from turbo far outweighs bonnet chips
