i`ll add you two to the list if that`s ok, i`ll just run the list on BB4X4 to save confusion, and it`s an open link, no need to join, but the list will be on the 1st post and updated.

this event is close to all our hearts, north,east,west or south, scotland,wales or uk, let`s make a real head count for a change

its a good idea, and, will prob be able to get a day off work for this

however, it will fall flat if numbers are too low, no one will notice.

if a petition can be raised alongside this, and this can be presented to no10 then it will give a reason for being there. we can then notify the press and media and may get some coverage.

its worth noting that all vehicles will have to be in pristine condition, with nothing at all illegal on em as plod will look for excuses to stop em. this means tax, mot, legal tyres and exhausts (noise), no tyres past wheel arches etc.

it might be worth contacting tom on here (the one that does the markets) as he will have loads of 4x4 contacts, due both to the markets themselves and he organises the guiness book of records attempts for 4x4's as well.

  cheers, yes everything will have to be above board and i agree with out numbers it will fall flat on it`s face, and a petition would be the end goal handed in to no 10. It`s committed numbers we need for the rally though i think we need first

i only have one more thing to say, if this does not happen, then please let us never see another post on any 4x4 forum about road tax, fuel prices, lanes getting closed, or any other wines about owning a 4x4 and being persecuted
