still waiting for my replacement shock absorbers, they are back but there service is shocking. They said they would be at my door by tomorrow but then again they said that last week so not holding my breath. Erica Long of explorer procomp USA said they will send me the replacements under warranty if I pay the shipping so theres still hope

It's a shame cos their warranty service is normally pretty good.

I do know the warehouse is being painted atm and they are short of spoace at the best of times.

I also know that shipments are simply not turning up on time from either US or Australia at the moment although I can't tell you  exactly why.

Seriously not impressed with Explorer UK.
Been waiting a month for my rears for the Zuki since they sent the ones for a Bronco incorrectly! The shock boots don't fit either as there's a good 3/8" gap where it's supposed to seal to the shock. Called them twice and all I seem to get is excuses and when I queried the shock boots I was told "use cable ties on them! HUH? They are supposed to be the correct ones for the shocks. Their phone manner is what I'd expect from a scolded teenager, not an allegedly professional company.
To be honest I will never deal with Explorer UK again. Ever. I'll go to a 3rd party supplier and then let someone else have the hassle.

Had a friend ring them today to price the shocks they should be sending me and they told him the price and said they had them in stock. So to say I'm p***ed off is an under statement. Its been one excuse after another . I am of the same opinion as Simon Doc and will never deal with them again after I get this sorted. Very shoddy company since they took over

It seems very strange that delivery's are not turning up from US or Australia, theres only one reason I can think of. I mean it surly cant be a problem in both US and Australia whether it be manufacture or shipping

Well both are guilty of short shipping when it suits them especially the Aussies.

But I agree its way off the mark - problem is the options are really very limited.
In  fact there is one viable alternative and their service is no more reliable - in fact they can't evenm get round to sending me a price list despite numerous reminders.

What I think I will end up doing is getting a set from milners until I can afford a genuine set. What is the other viable alternative?

We usually find that fronts sell out first but the real problem is with springs and torsion bars from Australia

Good news!
Explorer ProComp UK is now under new ownership. After 3 months of nightmares and being fobbed off, the correct rear shox for the JimBob will be here on wednesday.
The new owner seems a reasonable bloke whom has been left with a shambles (his words not mine!) of a company that's going to take some work to get right again.
Here's hoping he does it and I wish him the very best.
Those that have had problems in the past I can only suggest you try them again. I think you may be pleasantly surprised.
