Can anyone please explain to me how to get MM5 installed and running on my N95 ? When the N95 is plugged into the computer Active Sync doesn't start which means MM wont find it as a mobile device and install to it.

same here with my n73 fairly sure the version i have isnt compatable with the nokia operating system .. works fine on the ipaq though i use a poi which works with the tomtom that i have on the n73.. not as good obviously but shows you where to find the off road entrances to many tracksand gives a good indication of where your heading once off road (via the poi icons) obviously not as good as os map jp

aha - yes, compatibility is something I'd not thought of and it appears the Nokia has it's own operating systemn and doesn't use Windows Mobile Oh well, no matter really as I have ordered a receiver to plug into the laptop now but thanks for the info

That looks good - do you still need to pay to have the GPS switched on to use that ?

I don't think so, but drop them an email - they have probably the best customer service I've come across for a long time!

I have downloaded the trial version and the GPS is finding satellites so even tho the map is of the Lake District it seems this could be a winner. Tho I still think MM on the laptop size screen is going to be favourite even with all Viewranger's features Now I'm even more confused
