It's a flippin long way to travel from the South East        but I definitely fancy the idea. Depends a lot on money and/or if I am working by then and able to get time off

OK, any BBQ food/beer in cool boxes,etc for Saturday night can be handed over at the start point, it will be name tagged and transported to the finish for you, no point in shaking your beer up

sorry Tim nobody gets the route in full, there will be clues, etc for you to work out your route as you go, along with questions to answer on route and treasure/objects to collect. Maps needed are O/S Landranger Map 97,90,92,98. The lanes will be done as if they are all one-way(some are anyway), the tarmac roads will be nearly as much fun as the lanes as they take some concentration and hard driving. I hope nobody gets travel sick

Now to add to your entertainment on route each team will start with  2,000 points(two thousand points). Points will be deducted as followes;

From the list of equipment in your team vehicles, for every missing piece of equipment 25pts will be deducted.

if you fail to get your first clue sheet stamped 400pts will be deducted.

if you fail to collect your team egg(colour painted) or if you break it 150pts will be deducted.(per car)

if you fail to collect your team star (colour coded) 200pts will be deducted

if you fail to collect your wine glass or spill any of the contents 300pts will be deducted.(per car)

other mystery item. if you fail to collect this from the clue provided 150pts will be deducted

for each question you fail to answer or get wrong points will be deducted (between 25 & 50) depending on the question.(10 questions on route so keep your eyes open for the answers)

if each team is willing to chip in, a case of lager could be put up for the team with the most points left
