Al (blue team, from difflock) has very generously donated  trophies for this event, for the teams to keep 
the TROPHIES are 1st, 2nd, 3rd. this is not a competition but these trophies generously donated by Allan will be presented on Saturday evening folks.



the motorbike will be replaced by the 1ST, 2ND, 3RD, emblem.

OK,  notice to all teams, you will need to design a flag for your team, the flag does not have to be big, but it does need to be able to fit on a cb ariel & on a mast at the finish line. This is going to be added to your points on a vote for best flag basis once you have completed the course.

Tim, i got a PM from Sadie about it, she`s up for it and will let me know soon, Hank may need an alternate team vehicle if Sadie can not make it, we would all like to see her there , but if work gets in the way, then that`s understandable, is there anyone willing to be reserve for Hank if CupCake can not make it ?

on the theme of the trophies, we have now been offered the use of a very large gazebo with sides, THANKS cosmic & family , he is also providing bunting,flags,etc. to decorate the inside ready for the hunters return and the trophy presentations     and the party :lol:  :lol:
if there are any others that would like to attend the party/presentation your more than welcome, just bring along your tent/caravan & beer & BBQ food and join in the celibrations     it`s only £2.00 to camp the night. there will be a big open fire to sit around to  
you could even do a few local lanes on Saturday or Sunday

we have teams from 4 different clubs entered it`ll be interesting to see which clubs take 1st,2nd,& 3rd prizes, because this is how it will be listed in TOTAL OFF ROAD Mag`, so guys & gals are you going to be there to support your club team across the line ?:
