Sorry, have removed my topic, as thanks to some who think they know the lot from a picture of a pool of water, i can no longer be bothered.

nice welcome guys,

I just re-read your post and I actually DO KNOW A LOT ABOUT A POOL OF WATER.

Hence your defensive manner.

I know Walters Arena like the back of my hand, through competitions.

What you were doing was definately not greenlaning, and , I added, you might have had the owners permission to be there.

cheers

T-Pot.

nobody will slag you off if it was just an innocent mistake, as we have all made them. We do get a slight bit concerned as there has been a lot of bad publicity flying about the South Wales area for a couple of months and we are trying to counteract this by doing everything as we should.

There are a good few members on this forum from the area who will be more than willing to point you in the right direction, if you want have a look on www.swporc.co.uk, which us Welshies on here are also members of. we run laning days usually at least every month and you would be most welcome to come along and have a chat and enjoy the lanes that we still have.

all the best

Looking at this, it seems it has got a bit out of hand here - not by anyone's intentions I might add  Smiley

When it comes down to it, we all want to go out and enjoy laning and offroading and no one wants the idiots of this world closing down the lanes and stopping us enjoying the countryside. Some know the open/closed routes better than others and some people new to all this do occasionally need some guidance.

I hope T-Pot does come back and continue to enjoy the club/forum and continue offroading. But time now to put this one to bed I think and just accept that things can come across in a forum differently to how we might intend them - that's just the way things go sometimes.

Happy offroading everyone  Afro Grin Grin
