Hi all,
Is there anyway of killing off the annoying beep noise when the keys are in the ignition when the drivers door is open...??
Thank you for any info...

Take the keys out  I suspect not as it's part of the immobiliser

DOH, can't listen to the radio then...  I suspect not as it's part of the immobiliser
I didn't know it had one of them fitted, mine is a '95 2:8 Exceed, are they fitted as standard...

Thye beeper can be disconnected but it's quite handy for knowing you have selected reverse so personally I would leave it.

like will say's the drivers door pin switch has two connectors one for the interior light the other for the buzzer just disconnect the one that operates the buzzer 2 min job.
