WOO-HOO!! YIPPEE!!He lives to fight another day. Much HUGE thanks to Tim for so much hard work, time and effort and a lot more besides to get him all fixed for me. TT - you're a legend! It's been a good few weeks of tears, tantrums, pain, bruises, swearing, arguments and frustration to get there, but we did it! And thanks to everyone who has given their help with technical input on here and support for me, Tim and Snoopy Now let's get muddy!

What can I say? that smile makes it worth all the effort, pain and sweat it's taken
No one else is next - still loads to do to Snoopy not to mention the Evo's brakes need sorting
As for the inner bearing Mike - just do it as per the needle roller post then undo the next 4 bolts in and pull the inner driveshaft out on that flamge - that's it really.

Nope - that's got that 4 bolt flange on the end and the circlip is atr the far end (where it goes in the diff) and will pop out with the shaft. I used a ball joint splitting drift but you will need a new dust cover as well as the bearing. I have some pics in the camera but don't worry it's an easy job loing as it's not welded itself in
