This is my egr valve i just took off Shocked it looks pretty gunked up,my question is, Is the valve stuck open on the pic??


im going to clean it up now and try if it cures the smoking problem cheers paul

Cant see from that pic mate - but if you can blow through the round (coked up) ports it is stuck open
