Fits onto the front bar between the bracket of the sump guard and then onto the steering relay arm.  Pic 1 then 2.

Oh about 40" I reckon — you wouldn't really need them on 33" unless your steering was dodgy  I have noticed a difference at low speeds [not that it's fast]  large lugs the steering wobbled about. Not any more.
