I got mine from a caravan shop on the web
was ages ago and fraid I have forgotten the name mate but try a google search

i used the double sided sticky stuff that window fitters use, Its spot on and withheld loads of water/mud.numbers plates not moved a bit

From another forum: Try:-Period Number Plates,PO Box 6663,Birmingham,West Midlands,B36 0AU.---Tel:-01217473677 They do them, One white & one Yellow cost £24.75 per.pair, I don't know if they do them separate. Also try:- Framptons Tel:-02392264755---www.buy-a-plate.com Devon 4x4 apparently do them for about £8 but you might have to either wait or constantly chase them

I got the white backing and numbers for mine from a local motor factors, Measured it all up and stuck the letters on and an England badge on the side. cost about 4 quid odd and looks spot on!
