How I can have an avatar?

Hi to everybody!
I'm a "fresher" here.
I'd like to have an avatar, (like other "forumers"). But I don't know how to do this. ;-(
Could you, please help me. Does anybody know where to download it?
Or if I have a large picture, is it possible to make it smaller, and suitable for the forum?
By the way, what it the limit size, in pixels and kb?

Hi Devid 777 have you got somewhere to store your pictures because you will need that first so that you can make them public.I use photobox and photobucket myself

Hi devid 777, you do not need to store your pictures anywhere to have an avatar if you go into your profile section you can upload the picture you want as an avatar straight to our site but it has to be quite small 65 x 65 pixcels.

But if you want a signiture (pic at the bottom of the screen) you will need that hosting on a site like photo box first. if you contact me with the pics you want to use i will be happy to add them to your profile should you wish.

Go find a avatar that really appeals to the forum's owner

Make sure it's only available in 150 x 150 pixels
