Fish
« on: July 08, 2006, 06:16:09 PM »

Aint been able to 'change the lawn to water' yet but I have a small deep pond with a self designed filter system and 3 large healthy Koi.

They aint high grade Japanese Koi so not worth mega bucks but I have raised em from 1/2" long and they are now almost 2 foot long and weigh, erm ... a lot

I know cos I just had to transfer em into the paddling pool to fix a problem with the pond.

About 10 years - but they'd be far bigger in a bigger pond

Ha ha !

There are no pics as I only have 2 hands  Wink

(Was the safest way to get em back in the pond - for those that don't know, hold a fish in your hands and it flaps around all over the place but hug it and it keeps still)  Wink
