Make sure the car park is litter free, be nice to customers, dont burn the burgers and make sure the ketchup machine is topped up, then i may give you another star

the stars are to do with how good you are at ure job , the more you get the better you are

no i have never worked at maccy d's but i have worked for TGI FRIDAYS which have a similar system (wow badges) i have loadsa them, its all to do with being certified on how well you know ure job and customer service etc. i would rather of had a bonus not badges
