We've had our Bearded Dragon "Akekhu" for 3 months now and in that time he's doubled in size, but is sure to double again by the time he's a year old!!!
he's now near a foot long!!
1st 2 pics r him now, last one is when we had him!!

They look well happy out in the garden, ours doesnt come out of his vivarium much yet, he's still a bit skittish, but he is calming down slowly.. How old are yours?

My 2 are 3 years old and are both Male - they apparently are supposed to 'fight to the death' if 2 males share the same territory, but mine are both OK together  They eat crickets, locusts,mealworms and if i'm lucky they'll eat the odd bit of fruit and veg

ours hasent progressed from crickets yet, but have to watch him with his veg, leave it in too long and he dont want none of his live food!!!!!

We have that problem with the crickets, leave the crickets in and they won't eat them - put a locust in and they can't get enough of them (they are like beardie chocolate  ) a lot more expensive than crickets too! Where do you get your crickets from ... I have mine delivered in the post from: www.livefoodshop.co.uk every 2 weeks

we buy ours from the petshop we bought him from, they've been trading in lizards snakes etc for 20 odd years!!!! Hadent thought of getting them from an online shop!!, may well give them a try!

They are very reasonable, I get mine on a standing order and they are 'fresh' unlike some petshop crickets. I would highly recommend them
