Only started before christamas, and I'm not very good. But it'a great way to unwind. I'd highly recommend it

Tried it 15 years ago. Too much walking involved, and it usually rains. Balls too small as well.

I came runner-up in a four man (well - 1 woman and three men) match in Skegness once. about 1999 or so.
That crazy golf is soooo addictive.
Trouble is there were too many Geordies in Skeggie and their stripey shirts affected my vision.

Yep, your bang on TT, I only started playing about one & half years ago asit was a good way to unwind and clear the head after a night shift. After six -seven games i became more stressed trying to play better!. Got a day out with mates and work colleages in perth soon so better get back out and pratice?. What do you play with Craig Cavity back or blades?.

They're big oversized cavity back, really easy to use. I started with a set of 2nd hand blades, and they were awful

I had just got a second hand set of callaway big berthasirons for £200, the guy then flung in his bag, woods and evertything else. Lot easier to hit but maybe not so much control.

I have a handicap of 18. I enjoy the game and play all year round, gotta a couple of mates with hearing aids, rain plays havoc with them, makes their putting a bit erratic Still using Taylor Made Irons I bought about 4 years ago, steel shafts on the Irons and Graphite shafted woods
