Shogun Pinin to the rescue.

Well brother Chris rang me this afternoon to say he was stuck in some mud, could I please come and tow him out - but I was still in bed. So her indoors went to the rescue in our little hairdressers Pinin. By her account the Pinin performed brilliantly by pulling his recently acquired Land Rover Discovery 3 out with no problems at all.   Afro

I was up when she got back and dashed down to the scene with my camera but Chris had largely cleaned things up by then and it was almost dark anyway. I wonder what Chris’s story will be?  Cheesy

It's a damned shame there are no pics. I could have used them to great effect in some quarters Wink

No pictures to prove it - and I have to say my Pinin did'nt get as far into the soft stuff as his Disco - but here's the same story somewhere else where the owner (my Brother he he) admits it. Evil

Well done mate. Thats it, we are getting them Landrovers bk.

I'v pulled many veicals out of muddy ruts. But am prowd to say I'v recoved 4 Landrovers, no photes of any of them tho. Never used to bring a camera with me.

I was going to put a sticker on 4x4 saying attach Landrover here, or Landrover recovery veical, was so tempted.
But I know when I get stuck and I cant get myself out, the only over vecial with the kit and equiped enought to recover me (dear I say again) is a Landrover.

i used to say the same about landys but 90% of the landy getting stuck is down to pilot error and not the truck itself. Afro
