I have just used this guy to fit my 33/12/5/16's, not a discount but an excellent service.

50 quid for fitting of 4 tyres, valves and balance, and he comes to you.

he also got off a damaged locking wheel nut.

he also does puncture repairs, balancing and tyre changeovers.

i guess this is only relevant if you live in the hemel, aylesbury sort of area, but an excellent service.

not getting the lift done till next weekend and the wheels wont fit until then piccies will of course follow then.
