Getting larger coils made

Does anybody know where I can get some made. I am trying to get me some more ground cleance on this thing. does any body knoe where will do it. I have tryied LA supertruck that has been a large problem from the start. Jamie

No idea mate

All the lift kit ones are imported from Aus

You need a spring maker - give em one of yours as a pattern and tell em you want 50 mm longer (cos we can get shocks)  Wink

What you don't want is too much stiffer or you will lose traction.

what about them spring spacers u can get from towing shop?? maybe a cheaper alternative although obviously not as good as proper springs.....

i think they go on the spring diameter, and will fit any car with the same diameter, rather than selling for a specific model, so theres a good chance theyll make some to fit....

s Rhino Ray in this club
Where can I find him that seems like a good idea
Where could i find a spring maker, google.
My springs are 12mm thick, 146mm or 5 and 3/4 inch wide when compresed I can't take them off.

Paul Leworthy (who designed and built the venom pro truck in TOR) used a specialist spring manufacturer i remember reading about it, you can contact paul here:

Also according to this: 40mm lift   OME do a + 40mm lift for the pinin at 844 euro's its a german site but i think it says they also do a safari snorkle to Wink

TOR is the magazine total off road, paul has been building the venom protruck for over a year now with the view to making it commercialy available in a couple of years. Every month he has done a collum in total off road so to read about it you would have to get hold of about 18 months of back issues but you could get the gist of it here www.venomprotruck.com
