Topic: set of 5 early MK2 alloys *** GONE *** (Read 656 times)

As the title says, I've got a set of standard early MK 2 alloys (15") gathering dust in my garage (and taking up space!), 4 have tyres, one doesn't, standard size tyres on 4 of the wheels, all of which have a little life in them. Bit of corrosion but not badly kerbed, etc. PM me, first who wants them gets them! MUST collect from Wickford, Essex. Cheers Stephan (although they're free it would be nice for whoever gets them to make a donation to the forum)

EDIT 10/09/07 - As forum member 'HANK' who wanted them (and was supposed to arrange collection Saturday) didn't collect and is not returning my telephone messages or pms',they're up for grabs again, going to the tip if someone doesn't want them.

Pics as promised. Just realised the wheels are actually in better condition than I remember, tyres are worse! One is pretty good, one has a puncture (nail in it), one has a gouge out of the side and the other has crazed sidewall from age. All are 265X70X15. Having slated them the car did pass it's MOT with these on about 200 miles before they were removed. Bottom picture is of the best tyre (the Falken Landair A/T on rim in picture 2, about 5 mm tread and even wear)

Hi have you tipped them or are they still available i can arrange courier to collect this week and would give you £20 for them as mine need refurbing so need a set to put on mine while this is being done either mail back or call me evenings on leeds 0113 2383635 after 6pm please.#
